Abraham Hicks: The Vibration of Who You Really Are
August 15, 2010 by admin

This video is one of the most powerful videos I’ve listened to from Abraham-Hicks.
Notes
- Anything that has your attention, that in the moment of the attention you feel bad means you are defying who you really are and what you really want. You are sacrificing your alignment of everything you really want.
- In this vibrational universe there are always two sides to one wave: what you want and what you don’t want.
- Your negative experience caused you to ask and expand. The larger (spirit) part of you did right now, but your human form did not.
- The only reason you feel bad is because you expanded and you didn’t go with the expansion. You are separating you from you.
- Eg. If you say, “That made me so mad!”, it doesn’t make you mad. That caused you to expand but you didn’t go so that’s why you feel angry.
- You feel bad because you’re focusing on the opposite of what you really want.
- You not keeping up with the expansion which is causing you to feel bad.
- Every time you feel bad, it’s because you are offering a vibration because what you are focused upon right now doesn’t match the vibration of who you really are. You are defying the spirit of your being and when you defy the spirit of your being, you feel resistance.
- If your alignment with who you are is dependent upon anything other than the two relational aspects of you, then you have not control.
- You have negative emotions because you are now something more than you are letting yourself be. You emotions are giving you real time feedback about how well you’re keeping up with you.
- Anything that’s manifested is old news. The only reason it has manifest is because you’ve found a way to become in vibrational alignment with it. What you expect manifests.
- Everything you feel is about your vibrational relationship with the spirit, soul, source of that which is you.

Success due to ‘good vibes’

A Kiwi mother-of-two says a technique called “vibrating” and feeling good can improve your financial situation, and is telling how in her first book.
Lisa Folland’s The Attractive Mum looks at how using the principles of the “law of attraction” can improve self-esteem, relationships and even the financial situation of everyday mums.
Struggling to cope with a lack of sleep, motivation and “me” time, Folland says she discovered the key to turning her life around.
“I was exhausted and overwhelmed with two babies under 2 so I decided to get my life back on track.”
She says it’s about attitude, setting goals, healthy eating, exercise and looking after your finances.
Along with tips from typical Kiwi mothers, the book also has interviews with several well-known women about how they have juggled family and business success.
They include fashion designer Annah Stretton and TV presenter, business owner and designer Sally Ridge.
They embody the characteristics of an Attractive Mum, says Folland - confident, happy, healthy and fulfilled.
A former school teacher, Folland credits “the law of attraction” for helping her publish the book for less than $500 “as people and opportunities presented themselves and helped make my dream a reality”.
Having lost her mother to cancer, Folland is to donate half the profits from the sale of the first edition to charity Look Good Feel Better.

Your heart’s desire

by Karen LinsleyWhat is your heart’s desire?
The law of attraction says that we can have that which we seek, we need only think positively and it is ours! Well, it’s not quite that simple. Thinking positively helps, of course, but action is involved, as is gratitude and setting the intention. There’s a metaphor that periodically makes the rounds: if you sit in a closet praying for a hot dog, God will not shove it though the key hole for you. You must get out of the closet and go to the store and buy the hotdogs! So, what’s involved?
Self exploration: you must be aware of your wants and your needs, you must be aware of your body’s needs. So if we take the hot dog metaphor as an example, you would be paying attention to your body and acknowledging it when it says, “I’m hungry.” Then you must do a bit more self exploration to find out what you are hungry for.
Intention: once you decide what you want, then you have to figure out how to get it. In the case of a hot dog, you simply need to get yourself to the store and buy them.
Believe it or not, there is no big or small. Getting a hot dog is just as easy as curing cancer or winning the lottery, as far as the Universe is concerned. So where does prayer, affirmations and gratitude come into all of this?
Let’s look at the definition of prayer: if you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you might remember that around here the classic definition of prayer doesn’t cut it. None of this beseeching to an outside entity! Instead, prayer is more of a knowing, a connection with the Force within, an acknowledging of that which is already true.
Gratitude is a very powerful tool. It changes the very nature of our being, our energy vibrates at a higher level when we are able to acknowedge gratitude in our lives. And with that higer vibration comes more of the same. This is basic law of attraction stuff.
Setting your intention is also powerful. Once you set your intention, then you must be willing to take the action. Do what needs to be done to achieve your heart’s desire. Write down your plan of action, then stick with it.
You can achieve your heart’s desire. It takes a combination of inner work: connecting with the Force within and practicing an attitude of gratitude, then setting your intention and taking action.
Now I’m going to add another element: the state of wanting something simply creates more wanting. We always get what we want. Always. There are never some requests that are granted and some that aren’t. We always get what we want. We are much more powerful than we sometimes acknowledge. So if you are wanting something, guess what? You’ll get more of that which you are thinking about every day. When you say things such as “when I find the perfect relationship I’ll be ok” or “I want a relationship, then I’ll feel ok,” guess what? You are affirming the wanting of a relationship. Instead, know that your relationship with yourself and with whateveryouwanttocallgod is perfect. Know that you are ok, right here and right now. Love yourself, and then the perfect relationship will come to you.
Do not state your affirmations and intentions in the negative. The Universe does not understand that. If you say, I don’t want this sickness anymore, all the Universe knows is that you are reaffirming sickness. Instead, be grateful for the things in your body that work perfectly. Acknowledge the good that is in your life, and create more of that. Soon the illness will be gone.
Working together with the Light within you, yes, you already have your heart’s desire!

Abraham Hicks: Shift Your Point of Attraction

I am currently reading the book, Money, and the Law of Attraction: Learning to Attract Wealth, Health, and Happinessby Esther and Jerry Hicks. There’s a great wealth of knowledge and just came across this and wanted to share. Hopefully it will give you the ‘Ah ha’ moment I’m searching for.
“By softening your attention to the things that are going wrong, and beginning to tell stories that lean more in the direction of what you want instead of in the direction of what you have got, your vibration will shift, your point of attraction will shift, and you will get different results. And in a short time, because of the different results you are then getting, you will then have beliefs or knowledge of abundance that will easily perpetuate more of the same. Look for reasons to feel good. Identify what you want - and hold your thoughts in a place that feels good.”

Abraham Hicks: Allowing Your Vibration Escrow

Filed under Archive, Spiritual Teachers, VideosGreat video by Abraham speaking on allowing your vibrational escrow.
Video Points:
- You are the creator of your own reality.
- You are first and foremost vibrational beings.
- You are so good at translating vibration that you don’t even know that you are doing it.
- You have control over your experience because you have control over the thoughts that you think.
- You must choose to speak less about what’s going wrong and more about what’s going right.
- I am satisfied with what is and eager for what is coming!
Enjoy!
