E-Book: Change Your Frequency with Empowering Thoughts in 60 Days or Less

UPDATED FOR E-READERS.
Marilyn Patricia Johncilla, PhD, the author of Change Your Frequency With Empowering Thoughts: In Sixty Days or Less wrote this simple but helpful book about daily empowering thoughts to help individuals think positively and lift their vibrational frequency.
The empowering thoughts inform us that we attract whatever we think about and we can achieve anything that we desire with the law of attraction. The book calls for daily repetition and visualization of empowering thoughts. Dr. Johncilla’s 156 pages e-book informs us that if we repeatedly think of positive thoughts, only positive actions and results are expected. The empowering thoughts charge our mind-set to believe, expect and receive our desires from the Universe.

Jack Canfield’s Daily Disciplines for Effortless Success

Jack Canfield one of the speakers on the secret is sharing his top 6 Daily Disciplines for Effortless Success. He suggests that you must first write down and talk about what you do want, not what you don’t want, be as specific as possible and once you have clarified what you want, do the following each and every day.
Here’s his top 6 daily rituals:
- Morning Intention, Visualization and Releasing: When you wake up in the morning, take a few minutes to focus your mind on your desires, goals and intentions. Close your eyes and visualize your desires and goals as already being achieved.
- Use External Images to Keep you Focused on Your Desires and Goals: To keep yourself focused on what you want to manifest, surrounding yourself with visual images of the things and experiences you want to create in your life. You can use a vision board or book to keep your pictures. Add words to create a bigger impact. While looking at the words and pictures, say to yourself “This is mine now! This is who I am!”
- Think a Better Feeling Thought: Notice the times you have emotional responses throughout the day which are not aligned with your desired manifestations. You must remember that it is your feelings that are manifesting your current circumstances. By changing your frequency through your thoughts, you are changing your vibrations. You must become a vibrational match for all the experiences you want to attract in your life.Focus on thoughts that cause you to feel joy. i.e. friends, pets, vacation spots, family as well as the actions you do when with them.
- Have an Attitude of Gratitude It is critical to take time each and every day to focus on what you are grateful for! This can be done either in the morning after your visualization or in the evening before bed. Focus on all of the things in your life - most of which you know you take for granted that you are grateful for i.e. your health, your children, your job, the nice weather, electricity, running water, a nice stereo system, your flower garden, your pets, your friends. You will always have things to be grateful for and the more you focus on what you are grateful for the more you will attract things to be grateful for. This is a good time to have a gratitude journal.
- Take Action Canfield says that there are two type of actions: obvious and inspired. Obvious actions are things like if you want a new car, you’ll test drive the ones you like then choose the care you want while saving money for the car. The other is inspired actions, where when you begin your obvious actions, the universe will start responding by sending people, resources and opportunities you need to manifest your desired result. You are going to find that you have inspired ideas; you must act on them. You must follow those gentle proddings from the universe. Often these intuitive impulses will have no seeming connection to achieving your goal, but if you follow them, they will lead you down a path of wonderful fulfillment. Canfield also says that if you are experiencing joy while doing your action, then you are on the correct path for your internal guidance system is like a car’s GPS system.
- Acknowledge That it’s Working When you start noticing things changing for the better, acknowledge that your manifestation is happening. Enjoy it. “When you find the perfect parking space, acknowledge it. When you get the table you want in the restaurant, acknowledge it. When you receive unexpected income, acknowledge it. When you meet someone who can help you achieve your goal, acknowledge that Law of Attraction is working. The more you acknowledge that it’s working, the more it will work. It’s that simple.”“If you are attracting things into your life that you don’t want, remember that the Law of Attraction is still working. Instead of thinking or saying, “It’s not working,” ask your self, “What am I focusing on, thinking about, talking about, feeling or doing that is bringing this into my life?””It’s easy to know what thought you are focusing on because they are being produced in your life. Change those result by changing your frequency or vibration, thoughts and feelings.
“When you make a commitment to take these actions each day, you’ll start to move forward, with confidence, in the direction of your dreams. Believe that they are not only possible, but that they are already in progress.”

Students of a Palm Bay are using a new positive thinking program that their teacher created. Within the program the students write in their journals and visualize themselves as they want to be seen. Twelve year old Destinee Hyman-Collins’ - who is in the class - report card was filled with D’s and F’s, however this year through the program, she brought home A’s and B’s — enough to make Palm Bay Elementary’s honor roll. That’s awesome. Congrats Destinee.

5 Natural Ways to Improve Your Health

This article discusses 5 natural ways to improve your health, and wouldn’t you know the first one instructs you to imagine yourself happy and healthy! This of course works great with changing your frequency with the power of positive thinking.
Here’s an excerpt of the article:
Dr Michael Finkelstein, former chief of integrative medicine at Northern Westchester Hospital in New York and founding director of the holistic center SunRaven, says the effects of imagery will encourage you to stay in the present and cherish the life you have now. Even in dire situations, such as recent death or diagnosis of disease, positive images can inspire hope and boost self-esteem.
“One can visualize almost anything. In particular, it is useful to conjure up an image that produces stimulating emotions of a positive nature,” says Dr Finkelstein. “One can also develop a more complex story to visualize images to promote healing. These images can be literal, for example imagining a tumor dissolving; or figurative, such as imagining waves on a beach slowly washing away a sand castle.” The sand castle representing something negative, like stress, grief or a cancerous tumor, that you hope to have diminish.
